Click & Collect

 

Click and collect enables you to place an order with us for any bike or parts. You select your items and head to the check out. Full payment will be required.

The great thing about click and collect is you can collect your items in your own time when it suites you. We will contact you in order to discuss your pick up time.


FAQ’s.

  • You are able to order any parts or bikes from click and collect.

  • If the bike is in stock with us the bike can be ready next day if the order is placed before 4pm. If ordered after 4pm it will be 2 days. If the bike is out of stock with us, but in stock with the manufacturer, the estimated time is 3-5 working days. If the bike is out of stock we will email the customer to arrange a pick up date corresponding to the estimated time of arrival (ETA date) set by the manufacturer.

  • In order to collect your items, you must come into store.

  • The items will need to be paid for online, in full, before collection.

  • Click and collect orders will be kept for 14 days from the collection date you’ve selected. After 14 days your order will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded the full order value. Please allow 5 working days for this refund to show in your account.

  • When collecting your click and collect order you will need to bring:

-The credit card or debit card you used to pay for your order and a valid photo ID.

-A copy of the order confirmation email. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer, you can show us on your phone or tablet.


If you are collecting on behalf or someone else, please bring the following:

• Valid photo ID of yourself.

You will be required to sign for your order on collection.

  • You can place an order for up to 14 days in advance.

  • If you cannot get into store on the selected day, this is not a problem. Just let us know and we can arrange another time that suites you.

  • If you are not happy with the item when you collect it in store, we can offer an exchange or refund. If you leave the shop having signed to say you are happy with the bike, you are no longer entitled to an exchange. In this instance we will issue a credit note.
