At Micks Cycles, we use Parcel Force to ship our bikes across the UK.
Their Standard Service is a 48 Hour delivery window. There is extra time involved to prep, test and repackage your bike, and we aim to have your bike dispatched within 5 working days.
For this service, they charge between £18 – £45 depending on the size and weight of the box.

We fully assemble and PDI check your lovely new bike, disassemble it, package it and box it up ready for shipping. Parcel Force is then arranged for collection from our store, to an address of your choice.

If your items is not in stock in our store and is backordered, we will be in contact with the estimated delivery schedule for your selected item.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience of in store. Simply reserve your items, proceed to Check Out, fill in your details and place your order. Once your items are ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a time that works for you. If your bike is backordered, we will be in contact to inform you of estimated dates.
Payment will be taken in store on collection.

We will require proof or purchase and further identification such as driving licence and/or the card on which the purchase was made.

For items in stock, we aim to have these ready for collection within 1 day. If there is a specific time/date, please inform us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

T’s & C’s

Should your item(s) be damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If your package is clearly damaged, do not accept the goods and do not sign for their delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the courier after a package has been signed for.

Customers must inform us of any damage to packaging withing 24 hours of receiving the item, if notification is after this time, we may not be able to claim for this issue and the customer may be liable for costs as a result of this.

You have 14 days to return your item to us if you change your mind. The return postage is payable by the customer.
